Aoda places great importance to the protection of user information. Before using Aoda's services, please be sure to read and thoroughly understand this statement. Once you choose to use our services, it means that you acknowledge and accept the existing content of this statement and any updates that may occur.

Aoda's Privacy Protection Statement is a commitment by Aoda to protect users personal privacy while providing services through this application. Given the nature of the internet, this application will inevitably have direct or indirect interactions with you. 2. User Non-Personlized Information

(1) We will collect non-personal information through your IP address, such as the nature of your browsing device, operating system type, functional variable name of the ISP that provides you with access services, etc, in order to optimize the pages displayed on your mobile phone screen. By collecting the above information, we conduct customer traffic statistics to improve the management and service of the application.
(2) When you use the relevant services, we will automatically collect information about the applications installed on your device. This information will help us determine whether your device has installed the third-party social media applications that meet the conditions, so that we can complete the relevant service function processes, such as sharing functions, etc.

3.Personal Information

(1) When you register as a user on Aoda, with your agreement and confirmation, this application will request you to provide some personal information through registration forms, order information, and other similar means.
(2) Personal identification information: such as name, age, gender, phone number, email address, etc.
(3) Please understand that without your consent and confirmation, this application will not use the information you provide for other commercial purposes when you participate in the application's activities (except for the application's use to improve and enhance service quality). The provisions of Article 4.4 for disclosure as required by the government and law are not subject to this limitation.
(4) If there are any problems caused by untrue information, you will be responsible for the corresponding consequences.

4.Information Usage

(1) By using the collected information, Aoda is able to provide you with personalized services. The above information can also help improve Aoda's services and is used to develop new services.
(2) Aoda will treat this information with a high degree of diligence. Unless prior authorization is obtained from you or otherwise stipulated in this statement, Aoda will not disclose this information to the public or provide it to third parties (including Aoda's affiliated companies).
(3) Aoda may provide you with the services you request in cooperation with partners and jointly display content that you may be interested in. When the information is necessary for the service project, you agree that Aoda can share the necessary content information. Moreover, Aoda will require them to ensure the security of the information and prohibit its use for any other purposes. In addition to this, Aoda will not provide or share information with any irrelevant third parties.

(1) This application will strictly manage and protect the information you provide. We will use corresponding technologies to prevent your personal information from being lost, stolen, or tampered with.
(2) When necessary, this application will entrust professional technical personnel to process this kind of information on computers to meet the demands of the era of professional division of labor. If this application delivers a notice of computer processing to you and you do not actively and explicitly object within the time limit specified in the notice, we will presume that you have agreed. (3) Please do not transfer or lend your account and password to others. If you find that your account has been illegally used by others, you should immediately notify Aoda. It cannot be excluded on the Internet that accounts and passwords may be illegally used by others due to hacker behavior or the negligence of users in keeping them safe. Such situations are not related to Aoda.
(4) If you think that your personal information in the Aoda APP needs to be deleted, you can contact customer service through the Aoda APP for deletion. User data includes personal data such as mobile phone numbers, email addresses, or other identity information.
(5) Please take reasonable measures to further protect your information security.

6.Intellectual Property Rights

(1) All content in Aoda, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video, is protected by intellectual property laws and regulations. Without authorization, you are not allowed to use, disseminate, copy, modify, etc, on your own.
(2) Aoda respects intellectual property rights and has the following policies for intellectual property infringement on its products/services. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement: If you believe that any material or content in the Aoda APP infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property”), please send a notice of intellectual property infringement to Aoda's agent with the handwritten signature of the owner of the allegedly infringed intellectual property.
(3) Clearly identify the material alleged to be infringing, including its location on the Aoda network, and provide sufficiently detailed information so that Aoda can locate the material and verify its existence. Please state your intention to have the allegedly infringing material removed.
(4) Contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
(5) You declare that you have a good faith belief that the use in question is not authorized by the owner of the intellectual property, its agent, or the law.
(6) You declare that the information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the owner of the intellectual property or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property.
(7) You agree to indemnify Aoda for any false or incorrect information involved in the above declaration.

7. Third-Party SDK Information

(1) The third-party SDK integrated into Aoda is Digital Union, provided by Beijing Digital Union Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Digital Union").
(2) Purpose of Information Collection:To ensure the secure operation of the application, effectively identify and prevent abnormal activities such as cheating, fake traffic, and fraud, and to improve service quality, we have integrated the Digital Union SDK. This SDK collects your device information for security and risk-control analysis.
(3) Scope of Personal Information Collected: The Digital Union SDK may collect the following types of device information: device model, operating system version, device unique identifiers (such as IDFA / Android ID), network type, and carrier information.
(4) Purpose of Use:Digital Union uses the collected information solely for providing its security and risk-control services, including identifying and preventing cheating behaviors.
(5) Information Sharing: Digital Union is an independent data controller. We do not provide Digital Union with your personally identifiable information (such as name or phone number). Digital Union uses and processes the collected information in accordance with its own privacy policy. (6) Aoda only provides the necessary environment for the SDK services. (7) If you do not agree with the SDK's data processing rules, you may choose to stop using Aoda-related services. Continued use will be deemed as your acceptance of these supplementary terms and the Digital Union privacy policy.

(1) Aoda provides you with services such as personal space, content posting, and comment publishing. In these areas, any information you post will become public information. Therefore, Aoda reminds you and asks you to carefully consider whether it is necessary to disclose your personal information in these areas.

9.Revision

(1) Aoda may revise this Privacy Protection Statement at any time. Aoda will post it in a conspicuous place on the webpage/application/product.
